About this data

Source: Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) real transaction price disclosure system (rt.molit.go.kr) – apartment sales and commercial/business property sales, by contract date. Deals must be reported within 30 days, so the latest weeks are incomplete. Prices are in Korean won (KRW); 1 pyeong = 3.3058 ㎡; apartment area is exclusive-use area. Reference only: MOLIT states the figures have no legal effect, and official statistics are compiled by report date.

Locations: MOLIT publishes addresses, not coordinates. Points are placed with OpenStreetMap data (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL) – exact road address where available, otherwise by complex name, road-number interpolation, the road, or the district centre. Each detail panel states the precision. Base map: OpenFreeMap / OpenMapTiles.

Commercial deals: MOLIT shows full lot numbers only for strata units (집합) and masks them for whole-building sales (일반), so one map point = one road within one legal district (법정동), with strata buildings listed separately inside. Price per ㎡ uses unit area for strata units and total floor area for whole buildings.
